With Reverence is a collection of simple portraits of captive animals. These animal ambassadors, whose intimate lives are on daily display, graciously allow close study. Over time, I continue to witness their unique beauty and spirit and have developed a special bond to these wild beings.
These images were made in the Salt Lake City area at the Hogle Zoo, Tracy Aviary and the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. The work has been made without any special or behind the scenes access to the inhabitants.
